Primary responsibilities include:
+ Direct, evaluate, and schedule tasks for licensed electricians and contractors to ensure all work meets Minnesota and National Electrical Codes + Prepare, modify, and monitor facility construction plans, blueprints, and electrical specifications while collaborating closely with architects and engineers + Serve as the facility's Master Electrician of Record to troubleshoot system failures, manage preventative maintenance, and enforce OSHA safety regulations- Minimum Qualifications
- To be qualified for and considered for this position, applicants must meet all of the minimum qualifications listed below. - + Advanced knowledge of relevant electrical codes + Human relation and communication skills to coordinate with staff, trades supervisors, contractors and vendors.
- Preferred Qualifications
- The following qualifications are strongly desired of applicants seeking consideration for this position: + One (1) or more years of supervisory/lead work experience providing direction to skilled trades staff.
