We're expanding our St. Louis, MO team and are looking for an experienced Residential & Commercial Service Electrician to handle a variety of service calls, troubleshoot electrical systems, and provide excellent customer service. $30.00 - $47.04/hour (based on experience) Weekly paychecks Full benefits package including: Fully paid company health, dental, and life insurance (including family) 401(k) with company match Paid time off + paid holidays Short & long-term disability coverage Stable, year-round work A supportive team that values your skills and expertise $2,000.00 Sign on Bonus What You'll Do Perform electrical service work in residential and commercial settings Respond to and complete service calls promptly and professionally Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, panels, and equipment Ensure all work meets NEC codes, OSHA standards, and safety requirements Communicate effectively with homeowners, business owners, and project managers Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used What We're Looking For 3+ years of electrical service experience (residential and/or commercial) Journeyman-level knowledge of electrical systems, NEC, and OSHA standards Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams Excellent communication and customer service skills OSHA-10 or higher preferred (or willing to obtain) Schedule Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (overtime and service calls as needed) If you're ready to join a trusted, growing company where your residential and commercial service expertise is valued, apply today and start your future with Bates Electric.
