Full Job Description Union Industrial Journeyman Electrician Company:
Burd & Fletcher Company Burd & Fletcher Company is a family-owned manufacturer of paperboard products, including folding cartons and formed paperboard cups. We have been in business for over 130 years. Pay Transparency This is a union position. Wages are based on the applicable union agreement and are determined by experience, qualifications, and classification level within the bargaining unit. Pay rate varies depending on experience and skill level (e.g., industrial electrical experience through advanced PLC programming, including Allen-Bradley systems). Pay is weekly in accordance with company and union payroll practices. Schedule & Work Requirements This is a full-time, 1st shift position only Overtime is required as needed based on operational demands Mandatory rotating on-call schedule is required Candidates must be available to respond during assigned on-call periods Work hours, overtime, and on-call assignments are determined by production needs, business needs, and maintenance requirements, including emergency repairs, equipment breakdowns, and other unscheduled operational issues, in accordance with the applicable union agreement. Job Summary Responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and installation of industrial electrical systems and equipment, including supporting new equipment installation and light electrical rough-in work.
