- Safe and stable work Responsibilities Maintenance Electrician responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Troubleshooting & diagnose electrical systems ranging from millivolts (mV) control circuits to 480V power systems, including both main power and control power
- Collaborate with Maintenance & Production teams to identify failure points & to perform root cause analysis.
- Always ensure compliance with all applicable safety standards & electrical code.
- Use 2-way radios
- Wear task-specific PPE (personal protective equipment)
- Comply with all safe work practices and procedures
- Keep work areas clean and tidy at all times

- Able to read electrical schematics
- Understand and demonstrate relay logic
- Previous electrical experience - preferably in an industrial setting
- Able to drive a forklift or willing to undertake forklift training
- Able to work outside in all weather
- Able to lift up to 75-100 pounds
- Able to read and write
- Able to use basic mathematics
- Able to stand/walk on concrete/stairs for duration of shift
- Able to pass mechanical aptitude test
- Able to use ladders
- Able to use lift trucks (i.e. - Snorkel Lift / bucket lift)
- Able to use various hand tools and power tools
- Able to work with a group or unsupervised Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
