As our newly hired Residential Service Electrician , you will drive a fully stocked company vehicle to local homes, diagnose electrical needs, provide upfront pricing, close jobs, and perform installations and upgrades. Our Master Electrician mentors and assists technicians, our Operations Manager listens and provides daily support, and other staff handle permitting and administrative tasks. We aim to make your time in the field as seamless as possible. Pay & Safety Net Expected earnings: $90,000

• 100,000+ (active earners clear six figures). Uncapped commission tiers up to 25%. 90-day safety net: guaranteed $20
• 35/hr (based on experience); we always pay the higher of hourly or commission each pay period.

Louis) Schedule & Onboarding Mon-Fri 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (last dispatch 3:30 PM). Tuesday-Saturday shifts available. No mandatory on-call; storm response is volunteer.
