Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and construction sites using hand tools and power tools. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics to execute projects accurately. Work with low voltage systems, and high voltage equipment to ensure seamless operation. Conduct inspections using tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues efficiently. Follow NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and safety protocols during all installation and repair activities. Collaborate with construction teams on renovation projects and schematic reading to support comprehensive project execution. Assist with blueprint reading for new installations or upgrades while adhering to schematics and technical specifications. Support the testing of electrical circuits on construction sites to ensure compliance with safety standards. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, inspections conducted, and system modifications for accountability. Qualifications Not required, but experience as an industrial or commercial electrician with a background in electrical installation and maintenance preferred. Hands-on experience working with low voltage and high voltage electrical systems on construction sites or renovation projects. Skilled in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, wire strippers, ohmmeters; power tools including drills and saws. Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints accurately for precise installation work. Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and OSHA regulations related to electrical work. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently.
