Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various construction projects. Your expertise will ensure electrical safety, compliance with codes, and the successful completion of electrical work on diverse sites. Responsibilities Install and wire electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings, following blueprints, schematics, and electrical blueprints reading. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters to identify faults efficiently. Perform high-voltage electrical wiring and work on low voltage systems in compliance with NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) standards. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to guide installation and repair processes. Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure safety procedures are followed and systems operate optimally. Adhere strictly to electrical safety procedures, local electrical codes, and NEC (National Electrical Code) requirements during all tasks. Collaborate with construction teams during renovation or new build projects, providing expert electrical installation and troubleshooting support. Skills Proven industrial electrician experience with a strong understanding of industrial electrical systems. Commercial electrician experience with knowledge of commercial electrical systems and construction site experience. Expertise in NFPA 70 compliance, high-voltage wiring, and low voltage systems. Skilled in electrical diagnostics, schematic reading, blueprint reading, and troubleshooting electrical systems efficiently. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, multimeters (voltmeter), ohmmeters (Ohmmeter), and other diagnostic equipment. Ability to interpret technical schematics and blueprints accurately for precise installation work. Knowledge of local electrical codes, NEC standards, and safety procedures related to electrical work in construction environments.
