Job Overview We are seeking a motivated electrician helper to join our team and gain hands-on experience in electrical systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their skills in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting under the guidance of experienced electricians. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in electrical work, safety-conscious attitude, and a willingness to learn. Prior electrical experince is advantageous. Pay based on experience. Responsibilities Assist electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on construction. Use hand tools, power tools, and low voltage testing equipment such as ohmmeters to perform tasks accurately and safely. Support the wiring of electrical systems in accordance with NEC standards Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members Learn to identify electrical issues and troubleshooting techniques. Assist with the installation of electrical components following detailed instructions from electricians Experience Previous experience in residential or commercial electrician work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing devices such as ohmmeters is beneficial. Construction site experience is advantageous Ability to work safely on construction sites and adhere to safety guidelines is essential Strong willingness to learn new skills related to electrical systems and construction. Good attitude is a must. This position provides valuable training opportunities for individuals eager to develop a career in electrical trades within a dynamic construction environment.
