Aggregates Maintenance Electrician 2 About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. What You'll Be Doing Perform advanced electrical maintenance and repairs on aggregate processing equipment, including crushers, conveyors, screens, and plant systems. Troubleshoot electrical, control, and instrumentation issues to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency. Install, inspect, test, and maintain motors, electrical panels, wiring, and related components. Complete preventive maintenance activities and recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability. Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to support safe, continuous production. What Are We Looking For Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation. Skill in using electrical testing equipment, diagnostic tools, and maintenance technologies. Commitment to safe work practices and compliance with electrical safety standards. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced aggregates environment. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
