Electric of Winston-Salem is looking for an experienced Service Electrician to join our team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality electrical work, communicates well with customers, and can identify solutions to residential electrical problems. This position combines electrical service work with customer education and solution recommendations . You'll diagnose problems, explain your findings, provide repair and upgrade options, and help customers make informed decisions. What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install residential and commercial electrical systems Identify electrical problems and recommend appropriate solutions Explain repair and upgrade options clearly to homeowners Provide accurate pricing and explain the value of recommended work Complete electrical work according to code, safety requirements, and company standards Maintain a professional relationship with customers Complete job documentation using tablet-based technology Follow company safety and service procedures Participate in company training and professional development What We're Looking For 4+ years of electrical experience including sales (preferred) Licensed electricians and experienced apprentices are encouraged to apply Strong residential/commercial troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Professional appearance and customer communication skills Self-motivated and dependable Comfortable explaining electrical problems and solutions to homeowners Comfortable presenting repair and upgrade options Willing to learn and participate in company training Valid driver's license Comfortable using tablets and mobile technology Able to pass a background check Compensation $15
