What We're Looking For We are seeking a skilled and motivated NC Licensed Electrician who: Holds a current NC Electrician License (any classification, L, I, or U) Demonstrates strong leadership and technical expertise Is professional, dependable, and customer-focused Works well independently and as part of a team Is coachable and committed to continuous improvement Maintains a positive attitude and strong work ethic Values safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction Requirements Active NC Electrician License Extensive residential electrical experience (light commercial experience preferred) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to use tablet-based technology and digital work orders Ability to pass background Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial electrical systems Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and accurately Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes Lead and mentor apprentice and journeyman electricians Follow company processes and safety protocols on every job Present repair and upgrade options to customers professionally Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction Complete documentation and job reports accurately Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $15-$50+ per hour based on experience and qualifications Uncapped commission and bonus opportunities Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates Company vehicle and gas card Company-provided tablet and uniforms Health, dental, and vision insurance, optional.
