Journeyman Electrician Condustrial Inc. - 3.6 Colfax, NC Job Details Full-time $25 - $35 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Qualifications Renovation construction projects Customer service Residential construction Equipment troubleshooting Driver's License Driving Electrical building codes Blueprint reading Electrical diagnostics Residential Electrician License Commercial electrical systems Full Job Description Duties & Responsibilities Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and service work Install and replace panels, breakers, outlets, switches, lighting, and wiring systems Diagnose and repair electrical issues safely and efficiently Perform electrical work related to HVAC system installations and replacements when needed Complete occasional light commercial electrical projects Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding work being performed Accurately complete service notes and job documentation Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment responsibly Required Skills & Qualifications Valid Journeyman Electrician license/certification (preferred based on state requirements) Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and code requirements Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems efficiently Experience with panel upgrades, service calls, remodels, and new installations Basic understanding of light commercial electrical systems Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong customer service and communication skills Clean driving record and valid driver's license Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and varying weather conditions Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented attitude Preferred Experience Experience working alongside HVAC installation or service teams Residential service and retrofit experience Generator, surge protection, or whole-home electrical upgrade experience is a plus
