Overview Join our dynamic team as an Electrician Helper specializing in commercial electrical projects! This energetic role offers you the opportunity to work alongside skilled electricians on a variety of construction sites, helping to install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex electrical systems. Your hands-on involvement will contribute to the successful completion of commercial electrical installations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities Assist licensed electricians with installing and wiring commercial electrical systems according to blueprints and schematics. Use hand tools and power tools safely to bend conduit, run electrical wiring, and install conduit systems. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support installation tasks. Support the installation of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems while adhering to NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) standards. Follow strict electrical safety procedures and safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment on construction sites. Operate testing equipment such as ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical circuits and verify system integrity. Assist with the installation of electrical components in commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) regulations. Experience Prior experience working as an electrician helper or apprentice in industrial or commercial settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with conduit bending, electrical wiring, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation is essential. Hands-on experience with power tools, hand tools, and testing devices such as ohmmeters is required. Construction site experience working on commercial projects is a strong plus. Knowledge of NFPA 70 compliance standards and safety procedures related to electrical work is necessary. Ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics accurately for installation purposes. Experience working with low voltage and high voltage systems within commercial environments enhances your candidacy. Local or Traveling?
