Journeyman Electrician ? Industrial Project (NC) An established industrial electrical contractor is hiring Journeyman Electricians for a large‑scale project in the Charlotte/Gastonia, NC area. Pay & Schedule $32.31/hour 6x10s once fully mobilized Project ramps up mid?late March Long‑term project with steady hours 5 electricians needed to start, expanding to 10 total What They're Looking For 4?5+ years of industrial electrical experience (no residential) Solid understanding of electrical theory and basic NEC Ability to read and work from electrical drawings Experience with: Conduit installation (underground & above ground) Wire pulling Panel terminations Own hand tools Reliable transportation Ability to lead a small crew if needed Journeyman or Master Electrician card preferred (cardholders may bypass assessment) Safety Requirements OSHA 10 Hard hat with chin strap (non‑vented) Safety glasses Hi‑vis shirt/vest/jacket Steel or composite toe boots Long work pants (no shorts) This is a strong opportunity for journeyman electricians looking for consistent overtime, solid pay, and industrial work with a reputable contractor.
