Skills and Requirements:
  • Knowledge and capability of applying the theory of: Basic electricity, use of hand tools, use of portable power tools, and reading blueprints.
  • Ensure that all workmanship quality meets or exceeds the standards as set forth by the NEC and Beco Inc.
  • Must be detail oriented in all aspects of your job including installations, close-outs, and paperwork.
  • Perform duties or responsibilities that are necessary or assigned in order to support the total operations of the company.
  • Apply all safety regulations as required by the company safety manual.
  • Ability to supervise (1) helper on small projects.
  • Work independently including setup and layout of small projects.
General supervision required.
Physical Requirements:
Stands or walks for long periods Frequently uses arms and hands to reach for, handle, and manipulate objects Is occasionally required to lift and carry materials weighing up to 100 pounds Frequently climbs ladders and scaffolds Is sometimes expected to work in confined spaces Is frequently required to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch and crawl Is occasionally required to dig with a shovel or trench Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions Should be comfortable with hand tools and power tools
