An Electrician works on electrical systems in buildings. Installs electrical wiring and lighting in new construction, and repairs or upgrade wiring, outlets or other parts of older electrical systems. Checks safety and makes installations or repairs that are in compliance with local building codes. May also specialize in electrical work required in different manufacturing industries, electrical systems for cars, plane or boats, or electrical and lighting work in the film industry.

Job Description
Skills and Requirements:
- Knowledge and capability of applying the theory of: Basic electricity, use of hand tools, use of portable power tools, and reading blueprints.
- Ensure that all workmanship quality meets or exceeds the standards as set forth by the NEC and Beco Inc.
- Must be detail oriented in all aspects of your job including installations, close-outs, and paperwork.
- Perform duties or responsibilities that are necessary or assigned in order to support the total operations of the company.
- Apply all safety regulations as required by the company safety manual.
- Ability to supervise (1) helper on small projects.
- Work independently including setup and layout of small projects.
