Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Night Shift Lead Electrical Technician to oversee and execute installing electrical systems in a commercial setting. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Candidate must be able to travel Sunday-Thursday. Responsibilities Install electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment according to code and project specifications Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Bend and install conduit (EMT, PVC, rigid) Pull wire and terminate electrical panels, outlets, switches, and lighting systems Inspect electrical systems and troubleshoot issues or malfunctions Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other trades on job sites Follow OSHA safety regulations and company safety procedures Experience Proven experience as an electrician or electrical installer (preferred) Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety standards Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (heights, confined spaces, outdoors)
