Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Electrician to join our dynamic team in Raleigh, NC & Multiple Locations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse industrial projects, Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems (480V, 3-phase, motor controls, PLCs, etc.) Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints Respond to electrical breakdowns and emergency calls Travel to various FOSS Recycling facilities as needed

LICENSE.... Including new installations, renovations, and maintenance of electrical systems across manufacturing and commercial facilities. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical systems are installed, maintained, and repaired efficiently and safely, following industry standards and regulations. Your expertise will help keep our facilities running smoothly while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems (480V, 3-phase, motor controls, PLCs, etc.) Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints Respond to electrical breakdowns and emergency calls Travel to various FOSS Recycling facilities as needed Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex electrical systems including low voltage and high voltage wiring in industrial settings. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute electrical installations and repairs. Program and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to support automation processes. Use hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment to diagnose issues and ensure proper system operation. Follow the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards to ensure all work complies with safety regulations. Conduct renovations on existing electrical systems, including upgrading wiring, panels, and control systems on construction sites or manufacturing floors. Collaborate with construction teams on site to coordinate electrical work with framing carpentry, schematics interpretation, and general construction activities. Perform low voltage wiring for communication systems or control panels as needed in industrial environments. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including schematics updates and inspection reports. Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working on construction sites or operational facilities to prevent accidents or injuries. Experience Proven experience as an industrial electrician with a strong background in commercial electrical systems. Hands-on experience working on construction sites involving renovation or new installations. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical diagrams essential for accurate installation and troubleshooting. Practical knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) programming and troubleshooting is highly desirable. Experience working with high voltage (HV) systems as well as low voltage (LV) wiring in industrial settings. Ability to use hand tools such as screwdrivers, wire strippers; power tools like drills; testing devices including ohmmeters; and other electrical equipment safely and effectively. Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards governing industrial electrical work. Construction site experience demonstrating adaptability to dynamic environments with multiple trades working simultaneously. Maintenance Person skills or frame carpentry experience are a plus for versatile troubleshooting tasks across various building systems.
