Job Description

This is a leadership role for someone with deep hands-on electrical experience who takes pride in work being done right, safely, and to code. You'll set the standard for how our technicians and wiremen work, and you'll be the person who makes sure every job holds up to inspection.— and to serve as a listed qualifying individual on our license.. Someone who is great with customers, ambitious, honorable, versed in
NEC 2020.
What you'll do Provide active, onsite supervision of electrical work in progress — visiting active jobsites, reviewing work, and directing technicians and wiremen in the field.. Serve as our National Electrical Code (NEC) expert and the final word on code compliance for NC and SC work. Define and document our quality standards, then hold the team to them. Build and lead training — hands-on, recorded, and written — to develop our electricians. Be reachable to the field during the workday to answer code and installation questions. Serve as a listed qualifying individual on the company's electrical contracting license. Compensation $90k-120k/year + Company Vehicle, company phone Requirements - 5yrs of electrician experience
