About the Role As an Industrial Maintenance Electrician, you will serve as a critical technical resource responsible for the reliability and performance of our electrical infrastructure. You will leverage your expertise in circuitry, control systems, and industrial machinery to drive operational uptime and ensure all electrical installations meet rigorous safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Execute complex electrical repairs and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery, including motors, relays, and circuit boards, to minimize downtime. Install power supply wiring, conduit, and electrical apparatuses for facility upgrades and new equipment integration. Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in HVAC systems and electronic control components to maintain facility environmental standards. Ensure total compliance with NFPA 70-E, LOTO, and Arc flash safety protocols to protect personnel and equipment. Manage MRO inventory levels for electrical and electronic components to ensure parts availability for urgent repairs. Document maintenance activities, including work orders and status reports, to track equipment health and historical performance. Support facility-wide safety initiatives, including fire protection and security system maintenance. Perform electrical calculations and interpret technical schematics to ensure precise system modifications. Required Skills High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an industrial electrical role. Proven ability to interpret complex electrical blueprints, schematics, and building plans. Proficiency in troubleshooting AC/DC circuits, drives, and industrial control systems. Demonstrated knowledge of PLC installation and diagnostic procedures. Ability to work at heights and lift up to 35 lbs. Preferred Skills Valid electrical license or journeyman's card. Direct experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial HVAC systems. Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in precision tool usage. Familiarity with ISO quality standards and industrial communication protocols.
