Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Lead Residential Electrician to join our team. If you have experience in residential electrical work and a strong grasp of electrical systems and safety, we want to hear from you. We need a detail-oriented professional who works well both independently and with others to ensure all installations meet local and national code requirements.
What You'll Do:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, following all NEC safety codes. Use hand and power tools for wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting. Test electrical systems with voltmeters and circuit testers to ensure proper operation. Work with construction teams, homeowners, and fellow electricians on new builds, renovations, and repairs. Diagnose and resolve residential electrical concerns. Perform light carpentry and drywall patching as needed to assist with installations. Maintain safety and quality standards throughout every job. Estimate and coordinate jobs without supervision.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of proven experience as a Residential Electrician. Comfortable using electrical power and hand tools. Familiar with diagnostic tools like voltmeters and circuit testers. Strong understanding and enforcement of NEC standards. Comfortable working on active job sites with clear team communication skills. High level of customer service and respect for customers' homes.
