Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 2• years of residential electrical experience• (service and installation). Strong understanding of NEC codes , safety standards , and local electrical regulations . Proficient in troubleshooting, wiring, panel upgrades, lighting, receptacles, and

GFCI/AFCI

protection. Experience with remodels , and service calls . Ability to work independently and / as a team and maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain work to homeowners clearly. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, work in attics/crawlspaces, and handle physical tasks safely. Attention to detail and pride in neat, code-compliant workmanship.

Preferred Experience:

Generator installation or service (Briggs & Stratton or similar). Smart home wiring, surge protection, or EV charger installations. Experience leading small crews or training apprentices.
