Join a Team Powering the Future of the Oilfield Flex Energy Solutions is seeking a motivated and dependable Field Service Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems in the field, and working with advanced power generation equipment, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career in the energy industry. Our technicians play a critical role in supporting the Flex Turbine — a reliable small gas turbine generator designed to operate on a wide range of oilfield gases. This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically and electrically inclined, self-motivated, and eager to learn cutting-edge equipment and technology. You'll be part of a Service and Operations team focused on: Delivering exceptional customer service Improving equipment reliability and uptime Supporting safe and efficient field operations Building long-term customer relationships What You'll Do Perform inspections, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on Flex Turbine equipment Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in the field Perform electrical controls troubleshooting and support control system diagnostics Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings Respond to service calls and support customers in the field as needed Work closely with operations and customers to ensure equipment performance Complete service documentation and communicate findings clearly Maintain a strong commitment to safety and professionalism Travel to customer locations as needed What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Familiarity with electrical controls troubleshooting and low-voltage systems Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Self-starter with the ability to work independently Willingness to learn turbine systems and power generation equipment Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in outdoor and industrial environments Oilfield, generator, engine, electrical, instrumentation, or turbine experience is a plus Schedule & Work Expectations Flex Energy Solutions provides 24/7 customer support, so candidates must be willing to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to occasional evening or after-hours service calls.
