About the Role As a Journeyman Electrical Technician, you will play a vital role in powering complex infrastructure by executing high-precision electrical installations and maintenance. You will leverage your expertise in conduit systems and power distribution to ensure mission-critical facilities operate with maximum reliability and safety. Responsibilities Execute precise installations of rigid and EMT conduit systems to support robust electrical infrastructure. Perform expert-level wire pulling and termination, ensuring all connections meet rigorous code standards. Maintain and troubleshoot electrical panels, switchgear, and distribution equipment to optimize system performance. Interpret complex blueprints and one-line diagrams to translate technical designs into functional power solutions. Operate manual and hydraulic bending equipment to achieve exact layout specifications. Contribute to the successful deployment of backup power systems, including generators and transfer switches. Conduct thorough testing and quality verification to guarantee the integrity of all electrical work. Uphold a culture of safety by strictly adhering to lockout/tagout procedures and site-specific protocols. Qualifications Required Skills Active Journeyman Electrician license with reciprocity eligibility. 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial or industrial electrical environments. Advanced proficiency in conduit bending techniques and large-scale wire installation. Comprehensive understanding of NEC regulations and electrical safety standards. Proven ability to read and execute work based on technical blueprints and schematics. Preferred Skills Prior experience working on data center or mission-critical power infrastructure. Demonstrated ability to manage physical demands, including lifting 50 lbs and working at heights.
