Monday-Friday, 40+ hours per week Position Summary The Journeyman Electrician will perform electrical installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems, applicable codes, and safety procedures while maintaining high-quality workmanship and professionalism. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently and safely. Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes. Operate power tools, hand tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively. Work independently or collaboratively with project teams to complete projects on schedule. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all company and job site safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Required Current North Dakota or Minnesota Journeyman Electrician License . Valid driver's license. Experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical work. Strong knowledge of electrical theory, codes, and safety regulations. Ability to use power tools and hand tools commonly associated with electrical work. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Travel Requirements Occasional travel within North Dakota and Minnesota may be required. Overnight stays may be necessary depending on project location. Company-paid hotel accommodations and per diem are provided for required overnight travel.
