$55.00/hour +(20 hours Overtime per/schedule) + Per Diem (For Qualified Travelers) Project Overview Great Basin Staffing LLC is seeking licensed Journeyman Electricians for a large-scale mission critical data center project in Fargo, North Dakota. This is a long-term opportunity supporting the construction of one of the largest data center developments in the region. Electricians will perform installation of power distribution systems, cable tray, conduit systems, equipment terminations, and mission critical electrical infrastructure supporting hyperscale data center operations. This project offers long-term stability, substantial overtime opportunities, and the ability to work alongside some of the most experienced electrical professionals in the industry. Responsibilities Install EMT, IMC, and rigid conduit systems Install cable tray and support systems Pull and terminate power, control, and low-voltage cabling Install switchgear, transformers, panels, MCCs, and electrical equipment Read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, schematics, and electrical drawings Perform equipment terminations and startup support Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities Maintain compliance with NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and site-specific safety requirements Qualifications Active North Dakota Journeyman Electrician License OR Active Journeyman Electrician License from a reciprocating state with ability to obtain North Dakota reciprocity Reciprocating states include: Alaska Arkansas Colorado Idaho Iowa Maine Minnesota Montana Nebraska New Hampshire South Dakota Utah Wyoming Minimum 4+ years of commercial, industrial, or data center electrical experience Experience with conduit installation, cable tray, wire pulls, and terminations Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications Reliable transportation Ability to pass required site onboarding requirements Preferred Experience Data Center Construction Mission Critical Facilities Industrial Electrical Construction Manufacturing Facilities Power Distribution Systems Large Commercial Projects Compensation & Benefits $55.00/hour $115/day Per Diem Overtime available Weekly pay Long-term project stability Opportunity for future mission critical project assignments nationwide Why Join This Project?
