Flexible schedule on first shift. You can work Monday through Friday 4x10 or 5x8. Overview Join our dynamic team as an Industrial Electrician and become a vital part of maintaining and enhancing complex electrical systems across industrial facilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your electrical expertise in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of machinery, automation systems, and electrical infrastructure. You will work on diverse projects, including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and renovation of electrical systems, contributing to the continuous improvement of our industrial operations. Your skills will help keep production running smoothly while adhering to safety standards and technical specifications. Duties Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment within industrial facilities using hand tools and power tools. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to accurately execute electrical tasks. Conduct inspections of low voltage and high voltage systems in compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards to ensure safety and functionality. Use testing devices such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues efficiently on construction sites or renovation projects. Perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment, including motors, control panels, circuit breakers, and wiring infrastructure. Collaborate with construction teams during new installations or renovations, providing electrical expertise for framing carpentry or handyman tasks as needed. Follow all safety protocols related to electrical work on construction sites or industrial environments to prevent accidents or hazards. Skills Extensive experience working as an industrial electrician with a strong understanding of industrial electrical systems. Proven ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately. Skilled in troubleshooting using hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment. Knowledge of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems in accordance with NEC standards. Familiarity with construction site procedures, renovation projects, and schematic interpretation. Versatile handyman skills including frame carpentry or general construction experience are a plus. Strong safety awareness with the ability to work confidently at heights or in confined spaces on construction or industrial sites.
