Description Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Apprentice Electricians for projects located in or around Omaha, NE. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Assist with electrical installations in residential apartment buildings Pull and run electrical wire and cable Assist with panel installations, wiring, and terminations Install and connect electrical devices, fixtures, outlets, switches, and related components Read and follow electrical plans, blueprints, and job specifications Measure, cut, and prepare wire and electrical materials Assist journeymen electricians with rough-in and finish electrical work Perform material handling and keep the jobsite organized Use hand and power tools safely and properly Follow all OSHA, company, and jobsite safety requirements Maintain a clean and safe work area Perform other electrical apprentice duties as assigned Requirements Previous residential electrical experience preferred Ability to pull wire and assist with panel work Basic knowledge of electrical tools, materials, and installation methods Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a crew Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Must be able to commit to the project for the long term Ability to lift and move electrical materials as needed OSHA 10 or other safety training is a plus " Be Safe" from fraud!
