Electrical Maintenance Technician Adecco is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician for a leading manufacturing facility in Keene, NH . Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime. Diagnose electrical issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, meters, and testing equipment. Install, repair, and replace motors, sensors, switches, relays, drives, and electrical control components. Assist with PLC troubleshooting and support automated manufacturing equipment. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production support requests. Perform machine setup, calibration, and adjustments as needed. Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately. Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and all company safety policies. Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in electrical maintenance preferred. 2+ years of industrial maintenance or electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, controls, sensors, and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Experience with PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics, and pneumatics is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment. Pay Details:
