Residential Lead Electrician Full Time( Temp)

Princeton Electrical Makeover is looking for a skilled Residential Lead Electrician for a temporary, full-time position to join our already outstanding team. As a growing company, we are seeking highly qualified Residential Lead Electricians with a passion for the industry who are interested in joining a stable and expanding company that values and supports its team. This temporary role is intended to support current workload demands, with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for experienced Lead Electricians with expertise in the following areas: All phases of residential electrical work Generator service (preferred) Troubleshooting and diagnosing in a residential environment EV charger installations Panel and service upgrades Anticipating and addressing customer service needs Working efficiently without compromising quality to minimize downtime Maintaining compliance with all safety standards and regulations Performing preventative maintenance to avoid potential issues Applying knowledge of local electrical codes in a practical manner on each job What We Offer (During Temporary Assignment): Competitive compensation (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Mentorship and support Opportunity for permanent employment based on performance and company needs Year-round work during assignment

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 5-6 years of residential electrical experience, including: recessed lighting, new home wiring, EV chargers, generators, kitchen renovations, service changes, pools, bath renovations, troubleshooting, repairs, and office fit-outs Generator service technician certification is a plus Working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong customer service skills Must have own tools and reliable transportation
