We're hiring an experienced Industrial Electrician to support critical plant operations during nights and weekends. If you enjoy independence, complex troubleshooting, and working with advanced industrial systems—this role is for you. Why You'll Want This Job Competitive hourly pay with off‑shift premium Sign‑on bonus for qualified external candidates Stable, long‑term role in an aerospace industrial environment Strong benefits package including medical, 401(k), paid time off, and holidays Hands‑on work with PLCs, VFDs, and high‑voltage systems Initial paid training on 1st shift, then transition to off‑shift What You'll Do Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair 240V & 460V three‑phase electrical systems Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control issues on industrial machinery Perform preventive maintenance to keep production running Read and interpret electrical schematics, PLC logic, and blueprints Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and analog signals Support emergency repairs and participate in an on‑call rotation Follow all safety, lockout/tagout, and EHS procedures Occasionally assist with minor mechanical repairs What You Bring 4+ years of industrial/manufacturing electrician experience Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working independently on off‑shift Experience with PLCs (Siemens a plus) and high‑voltage equipment (up to 600V) High school diploma or GED Ready to Take the Next Step?
