Our Journeyman/Journeywoman Electricians work across a range of industrial projects — sometimes a single large scope, sometimes multiple smaller ones on the same site. What makes this worth leaving a comfortable gig Varied industrial work — no two projects are the same A team that holds itself to a high standard on safety, quality, and housekeeping Real ownership of your work from rough-in through commissioning Continuous learning and technical development built into the job A stable company with a strong reputation in the industrial space Key Responsibilities Install electrical raceway systems, including EMT, RMC, PVC, cable tray, and wire troughs Pull wire and cable through conduit, tray, and other raceway systems Install and wire panelboards, switchboards, switchgear, MCCs, and control panels Install switching devices, luminaires, motors, transformers, and generators Install and start up VFDs, PLCs, power supplies, control relays, safety relays, and other controls Install and terminate instrumentation and control wiring, including proximity switches and field devices Install basic low-voltage systems such as communications, ethernet, and fiber optic lines Read and work from EOM drawings, one-lines, schematics, and wiring diagrams Troubleshoot electrical and control circuits up to 480 VAC Test systems to confirm proper installation and operation before tying into utility power Follow NEC (NFPA 70) and company standards on all work Keep job sites clean and safe, including good housekeeping in work areas Talk to your foreman, the customer, and your crew so everyone is on the same page Plan your work, set priorities, and adjust when problems or delays come up Take part in safety meetings and technical training on an ongoing basis Work overtime, nights, weekends, or holidays when the project needs it Education & Credentials High school diploma or GED is helpful but not required — we care about what you can do Completion of a formal electrical apprenticeship or similar hands-on training is a plus Strong working knowledge of NEC code and industrial electrical systems Ablility to read and understand EOM drawings, one-lines, and wiring diagrams Experience with instrumentation Additional preferred experience: Prior work with industrial electrical work is a plus, especially raceway, gear, motors, VFDs, and PLCs. Ability to read drawings and run your own scope of work is helpful. Controls and instrumentation experience is also helpful but not required for the right person. Certifications & Licenses Valid driver's license OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (preferred) Work Environment Active industrial job sites in and around Trenton, NJ, including plants, shops, and outdoor areas. Work may be in tight spaces or at height, in hot or cold conditions, and involves daily use of ladders, lifts, and hand and power tools. Safety gear and PPE are required at all times.

Experience:
