Job Description

Maintenance Electrician - New Jersey $30-$35/hr (DOE) | Full-time, on-site | Established beverage manufacturer Why join? An established beverage manufacturer is transitioning to a brand-new, highly automated site and hiring a Maintenance Electrician to help bring it online. This is a rare chance to work hands-on with cutting-edge automated lines - Sidel, SACMI, and Krones - and grow your PLC and controls skills as the plant ramps up. Key responsibilities & Requirements Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical and control systems across automated production lines Support installation, commissioning, and start-up of new equipment at the transitioning site Diagnose faults in PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, motors, sensors, and control panels to minimize downtime Experience with automated bottling/packaging equipment - Sidel, SACMI, or Krones a strong plus Solid industrial electrical background with PLC troubleshooting; food/beverage or GMP experience preferred Benefits Great progression opportunities as the new site scales Structured development programmes and training Links to local technical colleges for ongoing upskilling Unionized pay-increase guarantees Strong benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO)
