This role ensures the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production

Roles and Responsibilities:

Monitoring and Maintenance:

Regularly inspect and monitor electrical equipment and systems, including generators, motors, transformers, and control systems

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize production downtime

Preventative Maintenance:

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all electrical systems and components in an oil & gas environment, specific to Production, Compression, SWD/Water and Flowback environment

Repairs:

Execute repairs on electrical equipment and systems as needed, ensuring all work meets company and industry standards

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections

Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members, including day shift operators, engineers, and supervisors to ensure seamless operations

Emergency Response:

Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively, implementing appropriate measures to secure the site and resolve issues

Training:

Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest industry practices and safety standards

Education and Certification Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED equivalent Electrical Assessment required Valid electrical certification or license required; additional safety or technical certifications a plus

Requirements:

Experience:

3+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in an oilfield maintenance; Demonstrated and thorough knowledge of O&G Production, Compression, SWD/Water and/or Flowback highly desired

Skills:

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, knowledge of electrical systems and equipment, ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in outdoor environments and adverse weather conditions, lift heavy equipment, and stand or walk for extended periods

Other:

Must be able to work OT, including weekends and holidays, as needed

Other :

Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including clearance of background, drug, MVR, valid driver's license with clean driving record

Working Conditions :

Exposure to potentially hazardous conditions, including high-pressure equipment and chemicals and outdoor inclement weather conditions
