Must Haves:
5+ years of electrical experience with proven industrial work experience Proven experience with installing conduit cable trays (PVC coated, galvanized, 3-inch conduit), pulling cable and terminating connections, switchgear installations, duct bank setup (2-inch) and setting manholes (1,400-1,500 ft runs) Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic math skills Reliable means of transportation, and ability to work
Mon-Thurs Pluses:
Active Journeyman's License Experience with grading, operating haul trucks, and surface finishing (grinding, sanding, polishing) Familiarity with large-scale government projects Day to
Day:
Insight Global is seeking experienced Industrial Journeyman to join our team on a major industrial and government project in New Mexico. This role involves supervisory responsibilities for electrical phases of project work and troubleshooting across complex systems. Candidates must have a solid understanding of mechanical systems. The position requires adaptability to changing tasks, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced, high-demand setting. Travel and extended on-site work may be required to meet project milestones. Hourly rates vary depending on level of electrical experience, start at $28/hr - $35/hr with travel compensation.

$28.00 - $35.00 per hour
