What You'll Do Install, bend, and run EMT conduit (¾" to 4") Install cable tray systems and MC cable Pull wire and terminate electrical equipment Install panelboards, switchgear, and electrical distribution systems Install lighting systems and related electrical components Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications Follow all site safety procedures and company standards Requirements Journeyman Electrician License (New Mexico EE-98J preferred) Candidates with licenses from reciprocal states are encouraged to apply OSHA 10 Certification required Ability to pass: 10-panel drug screen AND Breath alcohol test Commercial electrical construction experience Ability to work overtime and maintain a strong safety mindset Preferred Qualifications Data center experience Large commercial construction experience OSHA 30 Certification Foreman or leadership training Experience leading crews or mentoring apprentices Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly compensation Significant overtime available Long-term project expected through Summer 2027 Opportunity for advancement into leadership positions Safety-focused work environment Work with one of the nation's leading electrical contractors

Schedule Monday-Friday:

10-hour shifts

Saturday:

8-hour shift Additional overtime opportunities may be available Important Information This position is located in Santa Teresa, NM. Candidates must be willing to travel or relocate to the project area. No per diem or relocation assistance is available. Candidates must be eligible to work through the local union hiring process.

Pay:

$45.00 - $55.00 per hour
