What to Expect
As an Electrical Lead, Facilities Projects, you will drive daily field execution for the Electrical testing team. You will direct craft labor, support crew training, and ensure alignment with electrical engineering, NETA testing methods, project schedules, safety standards, and company expectations. This leadership role bridges field execution and maintenance management through active participation in electrical testing activities. What You'll Do
Review project specifications, drawings & scope requirements
Lead NETA testing efforts daily with clear expectations and schedule targets
Oversee maintenance downtime for electrical equipment
Maintain organized work areas and coordinate with teams
Enforce safety plans and lead daily Pre-Task Plan sessions
Submit daily work requests through CMMS system
Drive productivity while supporting training and troubleshooting of electrical testing What You'll Bring
5 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
Proven ability to test electrical equipment using NETA standards
Strong knowledge of NEC, and NETA standards
Proficiency in reading electrical drawings and schematics
Experience with maintenance shutdowns of electrical equipment
Journeyman license or ability to obtain one
