An Electrician works on electrical systems in buildings. Installs electrical wiring and lighting in new construction, and repairs or upgrade wiring, outlets or other parts of older electrical systems. Checks safety and makes installations or repairs that are in compliance with local building codes. May also specialize in electrical work required in different manufacturing industries, electrical systems for cars, plane or boats, or electrical and lighting work in the film industry.
$26.00-$40.00/hour DOE (Depending on Experience) Job Summary We are seeking experienced Electrician Laborers to support electrical crews on commercial and/or industrial job sites. This position is responsible for assisting electricians with wire pulling, conduit bending, material handling, and general job site support. This role does not include installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, or repairing electrical systems. Responsibilities Pull electrical wire through conduit and raceways. Measure, cut, and bend conduit using hand and power tools. Assist electricians with project preparation and material staging. Load, unload, transport, and organize tools, equipment, and materials. Operate 30-foot scissor lifts and boom lifts in accordance with all safety guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all OSHA and job site safety policies and procedures. Perform other general labor duties as assigned to support the electrical crew. Qualifications Previous experience as an Electrician Laborer, Electrical Helper, or similar role required. Experience pulling wire and bending conduit is required. Current OSHA 10 Certification required. Current certification to operate 30-foot scissor lifts and boom lifts required. Ability to read and follow basic instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, kneeling, bending, climbing, and working at heights throughout the workday.
