An Electrician works on electrical systems in buildings. Installs electrical wiring and lighting in new construction, and repairs or upgrade wiring, outlets or other parts of older electrical systems. Checks safety and makes installations or repairs that are in compliance with local building codes. May also specialize in electrical work required in different manufacturing industries, electrical systems for cars, plane or boats, or electrical and lighting work in the film industry.

Job Description
- Lead Install Technician Responsibilities Electrical System Installation
- Install, maintain, and replace electrical systems and components, including wiring, panels, outlets, switches, light fixtures, and circuit breakers in residential homes System Inspections & Testing
- Conduct inspections and perform electrical tests to ensure safety, performance, and compliance with all codes Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
- Identify electrical issues, diagnose system malfunctions, and provide effective solutions Customer Interaction
- Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain issues, recommend solutions, and provide updates throughout the job Code Compliance
- Ensure all installations and repairs meet national, state, and local electrical codes Service Calls & Estimates
- Respond to service requests, handle call-outs, and provide accurate estimates for proposed work Documentation
- Use ServiceTitan to accurately record service calls, repairs, installations, and materials Safety Compliance
- Follow all electrical safety standards, PPE requirements, and best practices Customer Service
- Deliver outstanding, professional, customer-first service at every visit Qualifications Experience
- 3+ years of experience as an electrical installer or in a similar residential electrical role Licensing
- Electrical certification or licensure preferred; technical/trade school training is a plus Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, wiring, panels, lighting, and code requirements Service Software
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service management tools is a plus Communication Skills
- Excellent ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers Attention to Detail
- Skilled at accurate installations, diagnostics, and maintaining high quality and safety standards Customer-Focused
- Committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction Driver's License
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
