Electrician

• Lead Install Technician Responsibilities Electrical System Installation
• Install, maintain, and replace electrical systems and components, including wiring, panels, outlets, switches, light fixtures, and circuit breakers in residential homes System Inspections & Testing
• Conduct inspections and perform electrical tests to ensure safety, performance, and compliance with all codes Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
• Identify electrical issues, diagnose system malfunctions, and provide effective solutions Customer Interaction
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain issues, recommend solutions, and provide updates throughout the job Code Compliance
• Ensure all installations and repairs meet national, state, and local electrical codes Service Calls & Estimates
• Respond to service requests, handle call-outs, and provide accurate estimates for proposed work Documentation
• Use ServiceTitan to accurately record service calls, repairs, installations, and materials Safety Compliance
• Follow all electrical safety standards, PPE requirements, and best practices Customer Service
• Deliver outstanding, professional, customer-first service at every visit Qualifications Experience
• 3+ years of experience as an electrical installer or in a similar residential electrical role Licensing
• Electrical certification or licensure preferred; technical/trade school training is a plus Technical Knowledge
• Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, wiring, panels, lighting, and code requirements Service Software
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service management tools is a plus Communication Skills
• Excellent ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers Attention to Detail
• Skilled at accurate installations, diagnostics, and maintaining high quality and safety standards Customer-Focused
• Committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction Driver's License
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
