What You'll Do Perform residential electrical service, repair, troubleshooting, and installation Deliver exceptional customer experiences Diagnose issues and recommend solutions homeowners can trust Mentor and support technicians and apprentices Help establish field standards, processes, and best practices Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Represent the Mister Sparky brand with pride and professionalism Help build a culture centered on integrity, accountability, and growth What We're Looking For 5+ years of residential electrical experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Leadership qualities and a desire to help others succeed Professional, dependable, and accountable Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lead by example and represent the company at the highest level Why Join Us Our mission is to positively impact the quality of life of: Homeowners by delivering exceptional electrical service with integrity, professionalism, and care.
