This position would suit someone with 1-3 years of low-voltage electrical, conduit, wiring or controls installation experience who is looking to build further technical experience on commercial job sites. You will work on the installation of building automation system components, including conduit, wiring, controls devices and terminations, while coordinating with supervisors, crew members and other trades on site. BAS Electrician Role:

Support Building Automation System installation work on commercial job sites Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install electrical conduit Pull, label and install wiring through conduit Mount and terminate BAS end devices including temperature sensors, relays and electronic actuators Ensure concealed wiring is installed before walls, ceilings or flooring are completed Prepare basic sketches showing as-built wiring and equipment locations Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings Coordinate work with supervisors, crew members and other trades on site Low Voltage Electrician / Apprentice Electrician /

BAS Electrician Requirements:

Experience as a Low Voltage Electrician, Apprentice Electrician, Electrical Installer, BAS Technician or similar 1-3 years of related electrical, low-voltage, controls or building automation experience Ability to install conduit, pull wiring and complete terminations Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings High school diploma, technical school certificate or equivalent related experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work overtime, varied shift hours and occasional travel as needed Comfortable working in physically demanding job-site environments
