Electrical Technician

Electrical Technicians needed! Optimal Energy Solutions LLC is looking for skilled electrical technicians to join our team. We focus on working with utility programs, Corporate LV controls and building automation, residential service work, exterior signage and lighting repair, commercial electrical work, car charging installations and much more.

Applicants must have:

-Valid NYS Drivers License -Your own set of electrical tools. Basic at the minimum. (i.e multimeter, linesman's, dikes, strippers, impact drill tick tester etc). -Reliable transportation to and from our warehouse location (you will not be required to travel to jobsites in personal vehicles on most if not all occasions) Duties include: Performing work on 120-480V circuits Accurate troubleshooting of circuits and outages Replacement and retrofitting of luminaires Working with aerial equipment Utilization of ladders and the ability to work on your feet for most of your day Occasional out of town travel Occasional night work (only as needed by customer) Ability to lift 50lbs Customer facing role Ability to work OT as needed Ability to adapt to customer and jobsite changes Most importantly, a positive attitude, good work ethic, and willingness to learn, be trained, and desire to grow!
