Electrical Maintenance Technician Location:

AM Pay Rate:

$46/hr (Union position with great benefits!) About the Role We are seeking experienced Electrical Maintenance Technicians to join a heavy industrial manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on industrial maintenance role supporting the continuous operation of plant and quarry equipment in a fast-paced production environment. We are looking for skilled industrial electricians with strong troubleshooting experience working on 480V+ electrical systems, motors, MCCs, switchgear, industrial controls, and production equipment. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical and mechanical equipment Work on 480V+ electrical systems, motors, switchgear, MCCs, and industrial equipment Perform preventive and reactive maintenance in a heavy industrial environment Diagnose equipment failures and participate in corrective actions Complete work orders, maintenance reports, and equipment documentation Conduct inspections and identify safety or operational concerns Follow all plant safety procedures, MSHA regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) Support continuous improvement initiatives and plant reliability efforts Maintain safe and clean work areas Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an Industrial Electrician or Electrical Maintenance Technician Experience working in industrial or heavy manufacturing environments Strong troubleshooting experience with 480V+ electrical systems Experience with industrial equipment, motors, controls, switchgear, MCCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documents Comfortable working in a physically demanding industrial environment High School Diploma or GED required Valid Driver s License required Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
