An Electrician works on electrical systems in buildings. Installs electrical wiring and lighting in new construction, and repairs or upgrade wiring, outlets or other parts of older electrical systems. Checks safety and makes installations or repairs that are in compliance with local building codes. May also specialize in electrical work required in different manufacturing industries, electrical systems for cars, plane or boats, or electrical and lighting work in the film industry.

Ability to install, repair, maintain, and test Commercial, Industrial, and Residential electrical systems Running Emt conduit, MC cable, and installing light fixtures Assist with measuring, cutting, bending, threading, and installing wire and electrical cable systems, as well as conduit systems Assist with wires and cables within control centers, distribution boxes, receptacles, switches, etc. Splice and terminate wires at junction points. Communicate effectively with crew members. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.Requirements:
Must have electrical experience in commercial settings Prior experience doing both installation and maintenance work Must possess basic hand tools Must have power tools, sawzall, drill, harness, and lanyard Must pass a background check and drug testJob Type:
