Job Title:
Commercial Electrician- Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team for the completion of a 130-unit apartment complex. With 56 weeks remaining until completion in September 2027, we welcome candidates from third-year apprentices to journeyman electricians. Must have EMT conduit experience.
- Responsibilities
- + Install feeders and EMT conduit ranging from 3/4 inch to 4 inches in the ceilings. + Handle prefabricated homeruns/boxes shipped from Arizona for installation in Cleveland. + Work with electrical systems up to 400 amps. + Collaborate with onsite foreman and adhere to the construction schedule.
- Essential Skills
- + Completion of OSHA 10 certification. + Experience in electrical work, conduit installation, blueprint reading, conduit bending, and troubleshooting.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications
- + Lift certification is a plus. + Possession of personal tools such as drills, impact tools, and hand benders (1/2 - 3/4 inch).
