About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Solar Electrician. In this role, you will play a crucial role in our mission to harness solar energy effectively and responsibly. Install and wire solar panels, inverters, and electrical components on residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve any issues or malfunctions efficiently and effectively. Collaborate closely with other team members, including Solar Installers and project managers, to coordinate and complete installations on time and within budget. Adhere to established procedures and guidelines to maintain quality and safety standards throughout the installation process. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe and productive working environment. Perform additional duties as assigned. You're aGreat Fit If You Have:
High school diploma or equivalent. Certified electrician with experience in electrical installations and wiring. Familiarity with solar PV systems and previous experience in solar installation is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Ability to work effectively in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
