Job Description
About the Role As a CBRE Facilities Electrician supporting a healthcare client, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations. This full time, Monday-Friday, first shift position is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment across assigned facilities. You will troubleshoot systems, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and help maintain compliance with healthcare environment standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting critical building operations in a patient focused environment. What You'll Do Oversee electrical and lighting systems' general operation, repair, and maintenance. Perform new installations of equipment. Check, repair, and replace functional components of electrical and lighting systems. This includes valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, and pipes. Assure that equipment is being maintained and operating in a safe manner. Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules. Provide efficient and reliable service to customers. Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
