We are seeking a highly experienced, site-based Journeyman Electrician to serve as the Senior electrical point of contact for a large commercial/industrial facility. You will oversee and maintain complex electrical systems with a focus on power distribution , electrical safety compliance , and reliable operations . This contract-to-hire role is Mon-Fri (1st shift) and requires strong troubleshooting, leadership, and hands-on electrical maintenance, testing, and commissioning support.Top Requirements:
Journeyman Electrician License (required) 10+ years of electrical maintenance experience in commercial or industrial facilitiesNFPA 70E
certification (required) Ability to work safely and independently on facility electrical systems up to 600V Proficiency reading blueprints , schematics , and technical manuals Experience with power distribution systems (substations, switchgear, breakers, relays, wiring, transformers) Experience with UPS systems , VFDs , and electrical diagnostic/testing equipment Strong knowledge of- NEC•and •
