This is a hands-on role where you'll work outdoors, contribute to major energy infrastructure projects, and grow your skills in a booming industry. 💼 What You'll Do Install solar panels, racking systems, inverters, and related hardware Perform electrical work including grounding, connections, and conduit installation Bend and run conduit for utility-scale layouts Read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and site plans Take measurements and verify layout accuracy on-site Ensure OSHA and NEC compliance at all times Work closely with crews, project managers, and inspectors Document completed work for quality and inspections Troubleshoot installation and electrical issues in the field ✅ What We're Looking For Oklahoma Unlimited Journeyman Electrician License (required) Experience with conduit, wiring, and equipment connections Ability to install solar systems (panels, racking, inverters) Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical codes Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Experience with hand and power tools Physically able to lift, climb, and perform field work ⭐ Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required) Utility-scale or industrial solar installation experience Background in construction or industrial electrical work Familiarity with solar farm layouts and equipment placement Strong attention to detail for inspections and documentation 💥 Why You'll Love This Job ☀️ Work in one of the fastest-growing industries (renewable energy) 💲 Competitive pay + overtime + daily per diem 📈 Steady pipeline of solar projects across Oklahoma 🤝 Work alongside experienced solar and electrical teams ⚡ Build valuable, future-proof skills in large-scale energy projects 🏭 Work Environment Outdoor solar farm and construction environments Exposure to weather, heights, and physical labor Use of tools, conduit benders, and electrical equipment daily Project-based schedules with overtime opportunities Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Duncan, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
