Senior Electrician (Journeyman Level or Higher)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform residential and light commercial electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades Diagnose electrical issues accurately and provide effective solutions without excessive callbacks Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company expectations Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Communicate clearly with customers, explaining work performed and recommendations Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner (ServiceTitan, job notes, etc.) Manage time efficiently and stay on schedule without sacrificing quality Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and leadership as needed Support and mentor junior electricians and apprentices in the field Represent A&T Mechanical professionally at all times

Qualifications:

Valid Oklahoma Electrical Journeyman License (required) Master Electrician License (preferred) Generac certification or generator experience (strongly preferred) 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Clean driving record and valid driver's license Ability to pass background check and drug screening
