Journeyman Electrician - Utility‑Scale Solar (Oklahoma) Join a growing renewable‑energy team installing large‑scale solar projects across Oklahoma. This role focuses on mounting racking, installing inverters, securing solar panels, and performing basic electrical tasks while ensuring full NEC and OSHA compliance in an outdoor solar‑farm environment. What You'll Do Install and secure solar panels, racking systems, inverters, and hardware using hand and power tools. Perform basic electrical tasks including grounding, equipment connections, and conduit inspection. Bend and install conduit for industrial/utility‑scale solar layouts. Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and electrical diagrams . Conduct site measurements and layout checks to ensure accurate installation. Maintain a clean, safe, OSHA‑compliant job site. Work closely with installation crews, project managers, and inspectors. Document completed work for quality and inspection requirements. Assist with troubleshooting installation or electrical issues in the field. What You Need Oklahoma State Unlimited Journeyman Electrician License (required). Hands‑on experience with wiring, conduit installation, and equipment connections . Ability to install solar panels, racking, and inverters. Strong understanding of NEC and local electrical codes . Ability to work outdoors in a construction‑style environment. Experience reading blueprints and construction drawings . Familiarity with hand/power tools and safe work practices. Ability to lift, climb, and perform physical tasks in varying weather conditions. Preferred Utility‑scale or industrial solar installation experience . Industrial or construction electrical work .
